Budget Directors ensure compliance with grants and explaining School Allocation Memoranda, manage schools annual budgets, they also provide strategic guidance and modification processing, they support administrators with mid-year adjustments and alignment of the budget, they identify areas in which schools are in need of administrative and/or operational training, and train the schools that are in need.
The Human Resource Directors design and deliver professional development and training for administrators in leave of absences, per diem, per session, Cybershift, LODI, worker’s comp, SOLAS, and end of year HR procedures. They are also responsible for recruiting and hiring school based personnel, they support principals with ADVANCE ratings, disciplinary procedures, TAC referrals, time and attendance problems, and advise principals with Union/Labor relation disputes.
