Operational Support
The Operations department oversees the QSBFSC’s every day operations of capital and human resources. They oversee the departments, such as purchasing, warehousing, and manufacturing. They help to make sure that the QSBFSC’s production meets or exceed the NYCDOE’s expectation. In addition, the department collaborates with Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT) to respond to inquiries from schools regarding yellow busing for General and Special Education students and MetroCard services.
